Cedar Plank Alaska Salmon Recipe

Cedar Plank Alaskan Salmon
Ingredients:
1 Fresh Alaskan Salmon Filet
1 cedar plank
4 cloves crushed garlic
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 lime sliced
2 TBS brown sugar
2 Tablespoons capers
Procedure:
Soak your cooking board for at least an hour.
Remove from water.
Slice lime in to 1/8inch sections and place on cooking board.
Clean and debone salmon filet. Cut to fit on board and place atop lime slices.
Sprinkle filet with pepper and brown sugar.
Next put on your garlic and capers. Top with cilantro, drizzle with the juice of one lime.
Place on preheated grill, medium heat for approximately 20 minutes, or until you just start to see the white fat become visible on the surface of the filet. The meat should part easily with a fork.
Remove from grill and serve.
