Junior Achievement of Alaska (JAA) has partnered with Alaska Natural Resource Month to help promote natural resource education and economic education in Alaska’s classrooms statewide.
Junior Achievement of Alaska has been approached by many organizations and received feedback from past classroom volunteers that the effectiveness of the national programs would be greatly enhanced with a lesson on Alaska’s economy. This collaborative effort helps both organizations educate and inspire Alaska’s students to understand the unique opportunities that exist in Alaska, and brings together the business world and educators in the classroom.
